This sort of makes sense to me now, but I do remember the prices went down because of certain factors influenced by CCK - like termination rates, etc. The OPEX has always been quoted in USD and anyway, Safaricom, Airtel can pay for these from their overseas operations - somehow, no? So is Safaricom intent on having the customers cushion them against the fluctuating KES the same way KPLC does in Fuel Cost Adjustments??
