From his comments it appears he does not want to be advised.
Otherwise the easiest way with a poor internet connection is to download (using a local mirror) a minimal install, install and then add one by one the other needed components (using a local mirror).

After installation, you still need internet to keep it up to date especially if its going to be a live installation, so having no internet to download it is just laziness and wanting other people to do it for you!
