So here is a way you have your Paypal dollars transferred to your M-pesa at friendly rates.

2. Sign up or sign in to checkout
3. Provide the Recipient's address and the mobile phone number in Kenya.
4. Send your paypment to support@pesa-gram.com
5. Once your payment is successfully processed, we deliver the Airtime or MPESA voucher to the phone number of the recipient.
