I raised this issue and I sent a request to have my professional view published on Nation Newspaper in Dec, 2013, but it was decline. I am excited that this issue has been raised again because Safaricom has enjoyed dominance from way back in 2008. It is really bad news that even professional don't understand the effects of market dominance on competition.

It is worth to be discussed by skunks as well.

However, I am concern about effects of market dorminance of Safaricom and its possible effect to competition, QoS, future innovations and possible abuse of dominance.
