first tell us what happened. I have always wanted to have that phone.
did it fall to the carpeted floor, did you accidentally sit on it, or did someone step on it with a high heeled shoe?
 
but anyhow, have you tried that nokia shop on K street opposite consolidated bank building? the one that used to have cars years ago, with the glass walls?
