What bothers me more is this: Other than advocating for contraception (which is not guaranteed to work unless you go the China way), does our government anticipate a population of 65 odd million people? There are no projects to upgrade water supplies, power supplies etc etc... Our recurrent expenditure is going to grow unless people invest for the future... Apart from the fibre, which GoK had to be kicked from the back and pulled from the front to implement, what else is going on?
