Thanks Mwirigi.I wasn't getting the idea behind how USSD works.I want to write an app to be hosted by a service provider that users can interact with by dialing a USSD code.

If your app runs on the mobile device, it may not make sense for it to
be invoked by a ussd. Unless in the event that you suppose a service
like the one u use to your IMEI which is ran directly on your phone
without dialing out
