
I second that, I used to work at this startup in the states where I was the youngest person by five or six years after those handful of (relatively young) people, the age gap was about 15 or 20 years (the geezers). It was a nightmare developing web apps for a bunch of people who couldn't define the words 'web' or 'app'.
