Having a tune playing when the site loads is really "intrusive" on a user. Frankly I found it annoying. How do u know am not accessing it from somewhere that's supposed to be quiet? What if I don't actually like the tune? And as a non-techie I might not like playing hide and seek with the navigation menu. (Especially since there are no subsidiary navigation links) It gets a 1/10 from me. Then again, I maybe thinking like any user would. Its nothing personal, am just being honest.
