But we also need to consider some of the reasons why we divert calls. One among many is for business reasons where you might be having a briefcase business with a phone line 0722*****1 and your personal line is 0722*****2. In case you do not want to keep carrying two phones (personal and business) and do not want to in vest in a duo-sim phone you divert all the calls on 0722*****1 to 0722*****2 to make sure you do not miss any business calls. I find this normal...Think of this
Lines are open in my office to call my cellphone at anytime for any length of time by anyone in the company.Then if it is free for me to make diverts,what happens when I want to make many calls to my friends and relatives etc using the office phones allowed to call my cellphone?I just divert my calls to the person I want to call and I use company resources.Does it make any sense?

They wouldnt know if it belongs to the same person or different person; unless we do number registration or a certain "service" to identify one user and map hi/her several numbers. Which means the system has to be created and integrated into network, which again means investing in a network service that may or may not fetch revenue but which will cost billions cause they have to alter the way they charge for calls [this means the IN and part of Core]... which brings us to the question :
Is it worth it to invest in this service [costing billions] of allowing users to register several SIMs within the networks to allow for free diversions within the network ? Will the other networks agree to join for this free diversion of calls if these SIM cards are owned by the same person and other pple want to reach him on whatever network he/she is in ?
