I had a similar problem. The issue is not your computer. The Zuku connection at their server end normally caches mac addresses, I don't really know the process but, Sometimes some computers work while some don't. The solution is conect to the connection, clear your config e.g sudo ifdown -a reboot the device while connected to your computer Reconfigure your computer after the zuku device is on sudo ifup -a It may not work immediately but keep trying. Also send us your log file - when you connect the ethernet.
Could there be a mac-address conflict between the two - its rare but does happen.
