With the new fiber networks in place, shouldn't we planning to build a (superdome) server farm? For any of the following reasons:
A central portal for Kenya online content.
Real public/private webservice servers
Public/private data warehouse
Cheap local hosting
Kenyan mirrors for all sorts of s/w
etc.
What would be the challenges in building one?
