I saw identical problem with Samsung Galaxy Ace s5830i. Did not bother to find a fix as the reboot always helped, plus I had a second phone. Not being a doctor, I could live with it because emergencies are not there.However, it must be quite annoying and I can tell you it MUST be a hardware problem. I am using Lumia 920 running Amber and I haven't had this kind of problem. So I rule out OS and zero in on a hardware issue. RTS for warranty replacement or take to Midcom Nokia Service Centre - they handle warranty issues in KE.
