Allow me to take this opportunity to thank all those who turned up for the networking event - Skunktail. It was a pleasure meeting/greeting and placing a face/physique on the techies. In fact, it was every great that some people here were able to differentiate between me and Okechukwu. I did not know me and okech were one! (Turihamwe! LOL).

I hope it was fruitful for everyone who turned up.

BUT I do have a question: What happened to all those others who had confirmed (106 persons) attendance?? Was it the Friday Traffic Jam? Was it insufficient time given? Was it elsethingsome?

I am just wondering because we budgeted for 100+/-10.

That aside, I hope we'll still get 'sponsors' for such meets so that they can be more often. Alvin, I hope Greenline will be the next sponsor courtesy of yourself:-)
