Dear Networkers,<br><br>Hope we are all keeping well.<br><br>The challenges and issues in the region brought about by lack of this EAIXP have finally come home to roost in my court. <br><br>Its about time we made this happen, am not sure how but we need an extra gear, because regional services will not be easy to deliver at this rate.<br>
<br><ul><li>What needs to be done?</li><li>Who needs to be involved?</li><li>What resources are needed?</li><li>How do we attain and sustain it?</li></ul><p>Am all ears open, and a willing participant to make this EAIXP dream a reality.<br>
