The only reason you'd want a local vendor to supply this is when you need them to include their markup on the price, probably to cater for their "support". However, you can just go to http://www.altn.com/Purchase/Software/MDaemon/ and purchase the software yourself, download, install and configure.
Let's see where you get stuck and we can possibly help you out further. If you fear the above, I can buy, put my markup and sell to you;-)
