This sounds like a vey trivial solution for them to implement whilst it will greatly aid their PR team and customer care staff from receiving endless calls as to the bill status. Why the lethargy?

Probably doable on Windows using Task Scheduler, but I haven't tried it.

However, they should fix theirs to work - it's a service.

How feasible is it to automate the 'manual' email channel from a free email account; say gmail? Sort of an auto generated mail triggered to KPLC every given date of the month? I'm thinking along the lines of those automated monthly mails we get from the forum reminding forum members of their subscription.
