Hi guys,

I am looking to set up our phone system at an office and have set up trixbox already for inhouse calls with a plan to make and receive calls to and from outside networks

How can i connect our local safaricom and zain lines to trixbox so that incoming calls to them can be directed into asterisk?
what hardware do i need and where do i get it?

Letian,

You would require a TDM FXO PCI/PCIe card digium, sangoma etc etc. The number of ports is dependent on the number of lines you have and expect to have in future. Talk to Oliver Ndegwa (search the archives) for equipment.
Then you also require GSM terminals to connect them to the card rj11 ports.
Enjoy your set up.

Kind regards
