[Skunkworks] I would like to create a mailing list

Doing it for a client... They'd like a mailing list just like Skunkworks. So far I have the provider (MailMan - opensource) and I have the domain. The hosting is the tricky bit, most hosts restrict number of emails sent out from a domain. -- K. K.
