[Skunkworks] Anyone using Redhat

Hi guys, Anyone using Redhat Enterprise in a full production environment? (dumb qn, i know). Am asking coz I want to recommend it to a client minus the support subscription or updates. I am not sure of the legal implications of installing Rhel5 software only. Secondly, who has debian? I guess that will be my next option if Redhat is not viable.
