Easier? yes, because of payments, support etc all nicely done online.
More reliable? I few reliable local hosts, many outside

Meanwhile, we're adding customer opinions from facebook and twitter on popular service providers. So far we have banks, ISPs, politicians, TV and radio stations, more to follow.
