[Skunkworks] skype tv

hi? am looking for a way to create video conferencing in a small company with around four branches. am exploring installing a tv with skype at each brach and one premium account to do the calling! now is there a better way than this! how much does that tv cost, what else other than stable internet speed do i need to factor, please help
