They still have not learnt something call Cloud hosting.

There is no way in hell they are going to host a system that the whole country depends on to file taxes in their premises and expect it to work unless they turn into an internet service provide where they can have unlimited up/down link.

Why cant they see consultancy from experts on such mission critical matters?
