My opinions:
PS. I am using Google Chrome
1. The Google Ad on top is more to the left than the header and the main body content
2. If I did the site, I would hide the icons for print, pdf and email since, in my opinion, they add no value to the user.
3. I would also hide the author name and timestamp when articles were posted from all articles, they contribute to making the overall look and feel seem less clean
4. I would reduce the number of banners which are flashing, they are too distractive
5. I would also reduce the number of Google Ads on the page, and focus more on content, then the few remaining ads can earn more
6. I would enclose the 'Sub-sections' on the left side in a ka-box, just like the 'Latest headlines' box
7. I would have the main page have just one interesting/prominent article and link to the articles, that way, the homepage
8. I would move the Twitter box higher up since it seems to have more 'interesting' information.
9. Did I mention that the ads are a tad too many?

Lets start here , stop downloading ans installing cracked softwares, but since you are a kenyan dont use cracks get serials that work !!!! i,secondly get auto runs , altap salamanda or Xyplorer you can browse your folders and check you registry(salamanda only) and see where the damn viruses are , then use portmon to see what is doing what and process explorer to kill running dll's and processors and after all that get a good anti virus most likely when you were cracking smthing and shutdown your antivirus do you it wont "eat" your crack LMAO ...... hope this helps :)
