I think Touch ID for me is the 'wow factor' that has made me think about getting that iPhone! It also happens to be the second feature that got me drooling in a very long time..IMHO, all the other new features in the recent past have been a waste of time! Game-changer if you ask me... The 64bit part is a wow for technical enthusiasts - am sure it is now going to be a benchmark for all future phone releases. The touch id fingerprint thing is due though and in my opinion is the killer feature. If it works as advertised then it takes exclusivity to a whole new level. Owning the phone is that much more personal.
