Thats the basic structure of the API call. We can assist you to get this functional with your system. SMS Costs vary..... but we also have good pricing for Developers ( aka....2 bob per sms)... U can try work with local SMS gateways that enable sms messaging from a
site - or from any app. have used a company by the name www.mysms.co.ke.They will help with site intergrating/support to the sms platform.
