I am new to Server 2008 R2. One of my users has been accessing a shared drive on the server until yesterday evening when he could not any more. The error message he is getting is "Logon failure, unknown username or bad password". I have tried changing permissions and passwords to no avail.

I have gone through Google but seemingly cannot find anything that works. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?
