I wonder what it does have to do with a Mkamba. Any one can steal, and Dave, stop stooping to this kind of thinking. You probably used this theory:
A Mkamba lady is too faithful, a Luo is never satisfied( a characteristic of human want) and a Kikuyu lady, will never leave you standing, when she comes out of the relationship.
A lopsided school of thought.
Stanchart sounds ok bt I dont want to give them 850bob monthly man... bt i like the sound of "no ATM withdrawal charges" no Minimum operating balance, free e-statements.
Free things are not good. If you want to keep your cash safe, then you must cough an extra buck. Otherwise going for SACCO with FOSA can be a good idea too, provided you can have access to your money at your convenience.
No one mentions K-rep, Middle East Bank, Credit Bank, Meridian Bank.. wats wrong with this banks
I guess most of us do not bank with these banks. They are either a one-branch bank (and this reminds me of that Bank on Standard Street - can't remember the name, exactly - which was on the second floor.) and when thry go under, you can't trace them.
... anwy keep em coming... As for Bank of Africa i would like to kno more about this preload VISA card (Toucan) .
Aw, and the bank should also hv a branch in eldoret...
National Bank, near the Police Station, Standard Chartered, KCB. In fact most of the banks where the GOK has some substantial shares are found in Eldoret, for your information.
BTW if muhindi is the stingiest person alive.... how comes they bank with bank of baroda or primebank.. and chasebank... wats in it for them....despite the huge opening balances.?
No comments on this one. But 'Bahati ya mwenzio usiilalie mlango wazi'.

This seems to be a case of 'social failure' and not 'bank failure.' As they say, keep that PIN to yourself.Anyway, I doubt you will be able to find a good bank with all those qualities. You have to pay for them. I would recommend Standard Chartered anytime, expensive but worth the money. Co-operative Bank is also upping it's game, may have what you want but I am not sure about the queues.Barclays: No. Equity: No._______________________________________________
