its actually a native android app that "scrubs" that pin checker on the kra site.... no a web-app technically speaking...
i'd argue its more convinient to open a browser and googling out that pin checker url... and possibly faster too...

KRA has a web portal that anyone can use to query for PIN numbers to ascertain to whom they belong. I think the app is basically visiting the web portal and pulling the data from there and that probably explains why it takes ~20 seconds. To me this is more of a web app.
