[Skunkworks] why's this mailling list publicly available on the internet?

I have a serious concern. The contents of this mailling list are being published on <http://www.afraha.com> www.afraha.com am not talking about just the message... its the fact that even email addresses, phone numbers whole shebang are being displayed on this website. Does someone know the meaning of Identity theft??????? To me there is a seriouse Security Issue here.
