I don't really use safaricom but all I hear are complains every week. Pole sana Joram for that but clearly you and other safaricom users need to know where to draw the line. We have 3 other operators with very great offers by the way and less issues to deal with. Since it seems they cannot improve on the core business so its time you show them they need you to survive.
Or we have a mailing list just for this issues, lol.
The Safaricom web site is horrible (non intuitive) too. So difficult to get gprs / email settings. It is Search Engine Unfriendly and one has to manally inputs metrics into web links to get / guess mobile phone settings. Why hide their links from google e.g https://www.safaricom.co.ke/index.php?id=101&no_cache=1&sword_list[]=apn https://www.safaricom.co.ke/index.php?id=102&no_cache=1&sword_list[]=apn Unfortunately my model is not yet available on their system So will have to visit their offices for help today .... try dialing 100 Going to Orange offices is less dreadful as they have fewer customers in areas where Zuku and KDN have good coverage. If these telecom firms gets their sites in order, fewer of us will distress their customer (s)care representatives.
