Not with amazon... Personally buy and use registered mail for small stuff.... For major the Eistliegh folk they are very efficient

The biggest challenge with KRA is their (deliberate?) inconsistency. It seems like Duty always varies, depending on who processes the transaction. They need to have a publicly-accessible comprehensive lookup chart/database.
