As far as I can tell, Ruth & Joram are at cross-purpose talk. Correct me if I'm wrong. @Ruth: You are referring to direct MPESA top-ups from SC accounts. I doubt if this is implemented yet. @Joram: You are referring to direct payment of KPLC bills from SC accounts. The convenience you cited was to illustrate how you don't need to involve MPESA transactions. I guess Ruth interpreted the convenience as being able to directly top-up your MPESA account. Tony.
