Of course, having invested on a 3G phone, I find it fair to invest in a network that has invested in 3G too, Safaricom. Been using the Orange CDMA (EVDO, 3G+ [note the names, not the Orange GSM which is another story altogether]). Orange EVDO  ranks second in speed after Safaricom and can be quite fast in some areas (upperhill, New Muthaiga). Their rates used to be cheaper than Safaricom until recently. Orange EVDO , at kshs 850 for 1 GB charges ksh 0.85 per MB while Safaricom at kshs 1000 for 1.5 GB charges Ksh 0.7 per MB<br>
