You can send and recieve money, buy and sell stuff on the net using paypal as long as the site and/or services in use support it. If you selling something on ebay
or recieving cash from one fo your relas abroad, so long as they are able to use paypal, it's as easy as abc..... Been doing for the last year and a half....
