I develop website withing 3-5 days with the following structure

Day one and Day two - I usually come up with two design templates in psd (pdf)
Day 3 User acceptance on the design templates and changes inclusion on the decided tempaltes
Day 4 psd conversion to html and any scripting and CMS(content management system)  incorporation
