Who knows JTL escalation contacts, they have been taking me in circles in regards to a downtime that happened yesterday. A call center attendant even went at lengths to lie to me its a fibre cut and cant tell me where the cut is or the engineers.
Kindly recommend a complaint contact persons email or phone for this dissatisfied small customer!
