@JOSY: I copy that is a management trick, I asked because I am developing one which might not allow it be open source but rather proprietary. but I have reasons since it will be more than just a software. We scaling down costs....if IT gonna leverage to sme&#39;s then..open source is the way forward. Acquisition of unnecessary software licenses and subsequent renewals hinder growth in small institutions, that&#39;s why open source matters nowadays... Am looking forward to open source. <br>
