@Michael, the secret to living a happy life with Equity is thus: 1. Try as much as possible not to need to go over the counter 2. If you have to go over the counter, go at abnormal hours, e.g. just after opening, just before closing. And even then, make sure your phone is fully charged and with sufficient internet bundles, just incase 3. Consider e-banking, or not 4.
