They had a power outage on Saturday. The same thing that happened to KRA about a month ago; Some years earlier in KPLC. How on earth does a power outage affect operations in a major institution?. Two things 1) Gross in in-efficiency on the part of the ICT department 2) Misplacement of priorities by the finance department just like where I am.
