It's from Boston Big Picture [type those three words in your firefox awesome-bar and it'll take you there], which I check out occasionally for news in cool photography. I think the pic is really awesome.. the way the photographer has managed to capture bike and riders against that backdrop of blurry... whatever.
@Simon, that bike image can be done using an SLR and on a slower shutter speed. Ok, here's another tip that works for me. If you like doing people pics, then remember that each face has a photogenic side to it. Take 6 evaluative images of a face and shoulders and look at the detail. You will be amazed at what angle the images need to be taken on.
