I am just wondering was skunkworks as a forum been invited for the Connected Government conference in Diani?. I have my reservations which goes to show that beyond a noisy mailing list we are not perceived to have any input into policy.
Of course I could be wrong, this is one of few instances I wish I am.
@D, you might be surprised the reach "Skunkworks" has. Personally, saying "I am from Skunkworks" has opened two rather interesting doors for me, even though I did it in jest :-)
There was this ICT Board breakfast @ Intercon several days ago, one current skunk and one former skunk were mentioned in a rather important context. Daudi Were and Alex Gakuru.
So, Skunkworks as forum may not have been invited, but most likely it is represented.
