Hi guys,I have tried all the what you guys have posted but no break through.The lady was automatically logging in to her gmail account but the machine that she had been using for some time had to be formatted after a virus issue.That is when it dawned to me that she didn't know her gmail password.I am still amazed as how someone cannot remember his/her password.BTW thank you guys for the responses being posted.Any help will be highly appreciated.
