oh gracious! when are the pedestrians meant to cross the road???? when the lights are what color??...I always thought when they are red!!
@Judy, Only at the Zebra crossings. Nowhere else! :) I am glad I can never drive without a seatbelt but I am wondering if these bylaws are published somewhere. I'd like to challenge them in court, as these have nothing to do with NCC, but the Traffic Act, cap 403, Laws of Kenya. We cannot have two sets of laws, two different enforcement agencies, two different penalty mechanisms (or is it frameworks?). -- Best regards, Odhiambo WASHINGTON, Nairobi,KE +254733744121/+254722743223 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ "If you have nothing good to say about someone, just shut up!." -- Lucky Dube
