I guess its just personal and from experience. If you business is still starting up after a year, uko na shida, at least after one year you can get your first annual audited accounts :) (grasps at straws)
I see people "living" in the ihubs and whatnot being incubated for years. The eggs don't seem to be hatching! ama its because it's "cool" ?
