Am thinking of institutions like banks and serekali, can they implement such systems to see what people’s reactions are towards their service provision? I mean think of it; people rant, complain and curse in facebook or twitter how a certain bank or department in the government is full of staff that are not performing. Would it improve their performance towards service provision towards Kenyans?
