That sound more like the used cars scenario, fit for resellers of services under ubuntu which is great but  says nothing about local development. Back to square one. @Phares, please for a moment, let go of that reseller-ness and take in a new view. :-) That ubuntu, as a OS, is a competition to anyone who wants to develop a local OS.
