It's the 10% that worries me more.
In many cases, the techie will get bashed hard enough that they'll fix the issue ASAP.When it's the host, a whole lot of blame-shifting and finger-pointing goes on before they admit their fail (if they admit it at all).

At the risk of appearing petty, Safcom do seem to have become a jack of all trades, without dedicating reasonable resources to any particular one. Support for these "add-on" services, hosting, is composed mostly of canned messages, and not sufficient technical wizards. Joe Random will happily accept the jargony excuses, the seasoned webmaster/server admin will pull their hair out in clumps trying to make sense of obviously silly scripted responses:Server admin: I can't access my VM.
