Is this information legally actionable? Given that there was no court order issued for the wire-tap of the listening device, can this be used in a Court of Law? As much as he doesn't directly ask for a bribe. And what about privacy? I assume one has some expectation of privacy when conducting electronic communications. Now I can relate to the movies where such people have their offices swept for bugs everyday.
