Some of the sites exposed here in  the past left me thinking, "Geez, those folks got a website? Hata kama ni defaced one" 
Or are we closer to the culprits? Just a thot.

Don't get me wrong, exposing the defaced sites is a god sent cue to the web-admins.

I always wonder how comes some folks land these defaced sites. I am beginning to develop a theory of accusations:-)
